💛 Bertie & Cooper
Bertie and Cooper are two lovely Beagle boys looking for a new start together. Sadly, they’re in need of a new home after their owner lost their housing — through no fault of their own.
These best friends are affectionate, loyal, and full of character. Both love attention, enjoy cuddles, and are happiest when close to their people. They’ve lived together and share a close bond, so we’d love to see them rehomed as a pair.
They’ve lived with an 8-year-old granddaughter and are gentle and friendly around children.
🦴 Personality & Training
Bertie and Cooper are charming, typical Beagles — curious, clever, and occasionally cheeky! They haven’t had much formal training, so they’ll need a patient and experienced Beagle-savvy home that can guide them with kindness and structure.
They are crate-trained, or used to being left alone. Both can be destructive if bored or anxious, so they’ll need company most of the time, plus plenty of stimulation and positive reinforcement.
🐶 With Other Animals
Bertie is sociable with other dogs, while Cooper prefers the company of Bertie only. They would do best in a home without other pets so they can relax and settle together. They are not suitable to live with cats.
🍖 Favourite Things
Both boys adore their food and never say no to a tasty treat! They’re carrying a bit of extra weight so they’ll benefit from gentle exercise, a balanced diet.
They love attention, enjoy their home comforts, and are happiest snoozing beside their humans after a day full of new smells and snacks.
