Milly is a five year old tri colour female, who is looking for a new home as the arrival of a new baby means her owners no longer have the time they would like for her. Milly is neutered and microchipped.
Milly enjoys her walks, and doesn’t demand hours of exercise. Milly is allowed off lead on walks, as long as there are no sheep or deer for her to chase. Milly is a confident and happy traveller in the car. Milly has never shown aggression to another dog or person, and is happy to wander past other dogs she sees while she’s on her lead. Off lead, Milly will go over to other dogs to say hello, but come back to you.
At home, Milly is house trained, but has never used a crate. Once she is confident in her home, she can be left alone for a few hours. She is not destructive, does not steal and has never tried to escape from her secure garden.
Milly has never lived with cats, so her new home should be cat free. Her current owner says that Milly would be fine with older, calm children who have dog experience, as she finds younger, boisterous children a bit overwhelming. Milly could be rehomed as a companion for another dog, as she has lived happily with other dogs in her current home. She is a very calm girl, who enjoys curling up with you on or under her favourite blanket for cuddles and a fuss.
