Ethel is a tri coloured female, who is estimated to be about four years old. Ethel and her friends came to us after they were rescued from a puppy farm, so we do not know much about her early years. She is vaccinated, and microchipped.
Although she has never lived in a family home, Ethel is making a confident start to domestic life, and is starting to walk nicely on a lead. She is always happy to meet a new dog, and has had no trouble socially. She is a bit wary of strangers, but once she’s got to know you, she’s your best friend. Her new family will need to help her continue to get used to life as a pet, and all the skills this entails, as this is all new to her.
As with all Ethel’s friends from the puppy farm, Ethel’s new home must be with adults only. Ethel has no experience of children, and we feel it might be a bit overwhelming for her to share a new environment with youngsters. Her new family must have the patience and time to win her confidence, and be ready to show her that the world has loads of fun experiences to offer her.
