About Elvis
Elvis is a friendly, playful beagle with plenty of energy and a love for the outdoors. Like most beagles, he enjoys exploring the world through his nose and is happiest when out on a walk following interesting scents.
He enjoys playing games such as chasing a ball and running around when he gets excited. Elvis also loves going on trips and travels well in the car, making him a great companion for outings and adventures.
He is affectionate with people he knows and enjoys sleeping close to his owner, often choosing a pillow beside the bed.
Reason for Rehoming
Elvis prefers a calm, quiet environment and does not cope well with very young children who approach or try to play with him frequently.
He currently lives with two small children who unintentionally disturb him, and his owner believes he would be much happier in a quieter home with older children or adults only.
This decision has been made in Elvis’s best interests so he can feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Training & Behaviour
- Walks on the lead but may pull slightly when excited

Elvis may growl if his back legs are touched, as he does not like them being handled.
He may also growl if someone attempts to take food away while he is eating, so he prefers to eat in peace.

- Like many beagles, he is very food motivated and may try to steal food if left within reach
