Mable
Mable is a beautiful 5-year-old tri-colour Beagle searching for a new forever home.
Mable is a friendly, affectionate girl with a lovely temperament.
She is fully house-trained, crate-trained for travelling, and is generally an easy dog to live with. Mable is not destructive and settles well in the home. She currently sleeps happily on a blanket in the kitchen.
On walks, Mable can pull a little at the start but soon settles into a nice rhythm. Like many Beagles, her nose can take over, so she is not currently let off lead unless in a secure enclosed area, as her recall is unreliable.
Mable enjoys meeting other dogs and always wants to play when out and about. She has shown no aggression towards people or dogs and could happily live with another dog in the home.
She is very food motivated, as most Beagles are, but she has good manners around people eating and will simply sit patiently and stare hopefully rather than attempt to steal food.
Mable can be left alone and has previously been left for long periods during the day without causing problems. Mable
