Max

Max

I had Max for nearly three years he was 13. He was my 49th rescue beagle. He loved his daily off lead walks in the nature reserve with Rowdy and Missy along with a friends dog Tweed. He would go to strangers and bark as he knew they had treats. If he was lucky I would tell the person to give him treat on a flat hand as he might lose his fingers, lol. He didn’t like being in the dogs room rather taking over a settee in the spare room. On the way back to the van after the walk he would go into a stream and get a drink. Often the stream was a tad dry and he would end up with four black legs, we said he now had his wellies on. Miss him so much.
