If you are interested in helping progress the work of Beagle Welfare, or supporting us however you are able, there are many ways you can get involved.
Please also see our News and Events pages where you can keep up to date with what we have been doing and what fun events are planned that you may wish to take part in.
Friends of Beagle Welfare
By making a regular donation to us, you can become a Friend of Beagle Welfare. Friends receive a copy of our twice yearly publication, ‘In Full Cry’, a magazine packed with information about what Beagle Welfare and its supporters have been up to, a fabulous read.
You can become a Friend by downloading the form here and returning it to Sarah Porter at the address on the form.
We are very lucky and very grateful to have so many supporters who carry out an enormous range of exciting activities in order to raise funds to support us.
If you are planning a fundraising even then please contact Claire Buckels, our Fundraising Officer, who can help you with getting sponsorship set up online, forms and other marketing information sent to you to help you with your efforts – and so we can promote your event and thank you for doing so!
All donations are very gratefully received.
You can donate directly through Just Giving at this address: http://www.justgiving.com/beaglewelfare or you can donate by text - text BEAG13 followed by the amount you'd like to donate to 70070.
You can also now donate via CAF online, which is linked to our bank Charities Aid Foundation so donations come directly to us. You can do that here or using the form below:
Or you can donate or set up your own fundraising page on Virgin Money here.
Amazon Wish List
If you would like to help the beagles in another way than donating cash, you can send gifts directly to the Rehoming Centre by using our Amazon wish list. Clare at the Rehoming Centre keeps this regularly updated with food, treats and toys that the beagles at the Centre would love to receive!
You can search Amazon wish lists for 'Beagle Welfare' or click here or on on the Amazon logo above to go straight to our Wish List.
Easyfundraising does what it says on the tin! It makes fundraising easy!
You can register with easyfundraising and nominate Beagle Welfare as your chosen charity. Then as you shop online, each purchase from qualifying stores will see a small percentage donated to us. It costs you absolutely nothing and it’s easy to do. You can even download a toolbar that reminds you when you are on qualifying pages so that your donation happens automatically. Easy!
More information can be found on their website: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk
Donate when you shop at eBay
We are now registered as an official eBay charity. If you are a seller on eBay you can choose the option to donate a percentage of the sale price to a charity of your choice from the list of official eBay charities.
Similarly, if you are buying an item, at the checkout you are offered the option of donating to your preferred charity.
Happy shopping and selling!
Pets at Home
Pets at Home has a loyalty scheme so that you can get rewards as you shop. But did you know that they will also make donations to your nominated charity as you spend?
Sadly, due to a glitch, you can only nominate Beagle Welfare as your chosen charity if you register Stoke or Macclesfield as your home store. Please note that even if that isn't actually your home store, it doesn’t make a difference, so please remember to choose one of those two options when setting up your reward card (or it's simple to log on and change your details).
We are delighted to say that we have now joined a recycling scheme and so by recycling your used ink cartridges and toners, you can both help the environment and help Beagle Welfare to earn a small commission on items that are recycled. To get involved, please visit The Recycling Factories Beagle Welfare website: http://www.therecyclingfactory.com/beaglewelfaretrust/
All you need to do is download and print the freepost label and attach it to the packaging which contains your recyclable items, maximum weight limit is 750g per package, to recycling in larger quantities you can contact The Recycling Factory who will arrange a free courier collection service. For a full list of ink cartridges which they accept can be found here: http://www.therecyclingfactory.com/wp-admin/wp-content/uploads/pdf/Charity_Inkjet_Toner.pdf
